• To hold mass evangelistic crusades and village outreach programmes in rural Zambia.
• To build and sustain evangelistic teams in all the ten provinces of Zambia, that will effectively service their respective villages.
• To partner with and support rural churches in their mandate to reach the lost.
• To encourage sustainable growth of the local church through leadership training.
• To build capacity in local pastors in their service to God and ultimately become good and faithful stewards.

Our VALUES

• Integrity of God’s Word: We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that non can add thereto or take therefrom except at their own peril.
• Prayer: We value the power of prayer to God the Father through Jesus Christ.
• Love for People: We value people as God’s valued creation. Therefore, we believe in unreservedly serving people to God’s glory.
• Forgiveness: We value God’s forgiving love and mercy and, therefore, extend this to others.
• Teamwork: The Vision and Mission of ROM is led and accomplished through three active ministry teams called “armies”. These “armies” are made up of people who commit their time and resources to the work of the Ministry. The “armies” under ROM are:
a) The Going Army: These are volunteer frontline missionaries who, from time to time and against all odds, take the gospel of salvation to rural Zambia and beyond.
b) The Praying Army: This comprises volunteer intercessors from across denominational lines who support the Ministry’s evangelistic and outreach programmes in rural Zambia and beyond. Members of the Praying Army either travel with the team to the mission field, go as advance parties, or intercede for the salvation of souls and well as effective ministry on the mission field.
c) The Sending Army: These are people from across denominational lines that are friends of the Ministry and committed to supporting the Ministry’s outreach and evangelistic programmes.
